Learn more about the wonderful world of worm compost. Within this course you will find the answers to these questions and much more -

  • How do worms create compost?
  • What are the different styles of wormery?
  • How to create the optimum conditions for your worms?
  • What to feed your worms?
  • How to use vermicompost in the garden?

This course will be run by the waste team within the Sustainable Communities Team at Garden Organic. The waste team are also currently involved with a number of Master Composter schemes across the UK which are all run in conjunction with the relevant county council or waste partnership. The team has the responsibility for training the volunteers and for providing them with technical support.
