Our group meets weekly. See website for details
As an environmental charity we run a wide range of projects which offer volunteer opportunities either as a participant or, if appropriate, as a volunteer staff member helping to run projects. Projects include Mind, Body & Soil which typically works with adults with learning difficulties to undertake gardening/ food growing at a specific setting; Greenaiders, which helps people who can no longer manage their gardens such as the elderly and those who are disabled; and the Green Team which typically works with 16-24 year olds who are not in employment, education or training, to train them in a range of landscaping techniques as part of a City and Guilds Award. We also offer City & Guilds Qualifications in Practical Horticulture and Land Based Studies; and can deliver CPD for teachers in gardening and related topics. Please see our website for more information.
